Subject: [PATCH] Notification bell: drop the "Browse all crews" footer

A notification center should surface the user's own actionable items, not a
generic nav shortcut — and it showed on every tab (including Social) where it
made even less sense. Removed the footer entirely; the tabs now sit flush.
