Subject: [PATCH] chore(ridercard): delete the unused AwardBadgeDialog

showAwardDialog was never set true, so the dialog could never open; the inline
AwardBadgeInline form is the live flow. Removes ~142 lines plus its now-unused
Dialog imports, state and helper.
