release: v1.5.9 (versionCode 10509) — voice navigation + floating map controls

Rebuilt the APK so the phone gets:
- voice turn prompts (device TTS) + arrival, wake lock, bigger follow map
- floating map controls (map fills the screen)
Web was already deployed; this only bumps the Android version.
