Subject: [PATCH] Drop PayPal from coach payment methods

Keep Cash on site / Lightning / Cashu / Bank transfer / Other. Existing
profiles that already carry a 'paypal' payment_method still render it (raw
fallback), so no data is lost. NIP.md + AGENTS.md updated.
