chore: bump version to 1.0.36, add release-notes.txt for Zapstore

- package.json: 1.0.35 → 1.0.36
- release-notes.txt: new file documenting Crew Network feature,
  nostr-vpn integration, and Settings accessibility improvements
  (referenced by zapstore.yaml → release_notes field)
