Fix build: externalize capacitor plugin + remove duplicate lab i18n keys

- vite.config.ts: mark nostr-signer-capacitor-plugin as external so
  Rollup doesn't try to bundle it (it's resolved at runtime by Capacitor)
- en.ts / es.ts: remove duplicate lab key that was causing esbuild warnings
