Subject: [PATCH] release: 1.6.3 (Amber pop-ups, Crews in Messages, crew-chat
 UX)

Bump 1.6.2 -> 1.6.3, notes for the Amber navigation fix, the Messages Crews
section, and the crew encrypted-chat card rewrite. APK built + published to
Zapstore (verified on relay.zapstore.dev).
