Subject: [PATCH] release: 1.6.5 (crew chat fixes)

Messages now appear on send; shared DM decrypt cache stops per-view re-decrypts;
double-send guarded. Bump 1.6.4 -> 1.6.5, APK built + published to Zapstore
(verified on relay.zapstore.dev).
