Wallet: fix Manage chip overflow + plainer escrow copy

- The wallet status bar (Cashu/WebLN/NWC pills + Manage) was a rigid
  justify-between row that pushed the Manage chip off the right edge on phones.
  It now wraps, with Manage right-aligned (ml-auto), so it stays on screen.
- The escrow card copy was jargon ("advertise a public key ... if the deal falls
  through"). Reworded seller-facing: "turn on escrow ... a buyer can lock their
  sats to you ... you release them when you deliver — if you don't, the buyer can
  reclaim them after the agreed time." EN/ES.
