fix(deps): repair package-lock metadata so npm ci installs a complete tree

The lock from f25fc2b had package entries stripped of their dependencies/bin
metadata, leaving @nostrify/nostrify and @capacitor/cli (13/17 deps) with
missing transitive packages. Rebuilt the metadata from the installed manifests
and let npm fill only the gaps: 654 -> 902 packages, 3 existing versions changed
(debug, minipass, ws).
