- Drop tracked Android build intermediates (already gitignored; regenerated by Gradle).
- Remove unused sticker-design.png; recompress logo, cover and guide images.
- Replace the stale README with a concise current project guide.
- @xenova/transformers 2.17.2 in a Web Worker; Opus-MT en↔es ONNX q8 packs
self-hosted on the relay VPS (/models + CORS); ONNX Runtime 1.14 WASM
self-hosted in public/ort/ (37MB) loaded from ../ort/.
- Hard network guard: only model GET/HEAD (no query) and /ort/ assets allowed.
Message text travels only via postMessage; 9 tests prove fetch is never called
with the text and every other request is blocked.
- TranslateMessage in DMs + crew chat; Settings auto-translate off by default;
memory-only translations; per-model download progress; 12 UI strings in all
24 locales.
- Both model directions verified from the hosted files; tsc, 138 tests, build
and smoke green.
- Map: min zoom = smallest integer zoom whose 256*2^z world covers the
viewport (no grey bands, no duplicated continents). Horizontal wrap is
restored (worldCopyJump, no longitude maxBounds) so Hawaii/Pacific are
reachable by dragging; vertical panning stays clamped.
- Flags: real SVGs for Catalonia, Basque Country, Galicia and England
(no Unicode region flags exist; English is not the UK). Portuguese now has
Brasil (pt) and Portugal (pt-PT).
- pt-PT shares the pt dictionary with a European drift for the visible chrome
(Guardar, Palavra-passe, Autocarro, Utilizador, ...).
- check-i18n covers pt-PT: 24 codes at 100%; tsc/tests/build green.
Bundles leaflet CSS + MarkerCluster CSS (main.tsx) and the default marker PNGs (SpotMap) instead of loading them from unpkg.com, so boot makes no third-party request; unpkg.com removed from the CSP (index.html meta + _headers + netlify.toml). Adds dns-prefetch/preconnect for relay.skate-spots.org and blossom.skate-spots.org.
- public/push-sw.js: shows the content-free push; tap focuses/opens the app.
- src/lib/pushService.ts + usePushNotifications: register the SW, subscribe with
the service's VAPID key, sign a NIP-98 challenge proof, POST /subscribe.
- NotificationSettingsCard: a 'Background notifications' toggle (opt-in,
per-device) + honest metadata copy; corrected the now-stale 'we run no push
server' note.
- useSendDirectMessage: marks the RECIPIENT wrap ["skatespots","push"] (never
the self copy) and adds the community relay as the notify relay so the push
service sees it.
- /privacy: discloses the push server sees metadata only.
- Review queue: past verdicts (e.g. the 13 hidden labels from an Aug/Sep cleanup
sweep) are correct but noisy — they buried the items that still need a
decision. They are now COLLAPSED behind a 'Show actioned (N)' toggle, with the
verdicts untouched (still hidden) and 'Undo all N' still available. Verified:
the Spots tab renders 0 hidden cards by default with the toggle + Undo all.
- public/images/screenshots/{map,spot,marketplace}.png (1280x800, quantised) for
the app-listing gallery.
- public/images/print/skatespots-sticker.svg (55 x 86 mm) and
skatespots-poster.svg (A3) — the free artwork to print and stick up. Physical
size is baked into the SVG (mm units), so 'Actual size' printing is exact.
- Self-contained: Outfit/Barlow fonts + the logo embedded as data URIs, and a
real vector QR. VERIFIED both QRs decode to https://skate-spots.org (decoded
with jsQR from a rendered PNG; logo centre, error-correction H).
- New 'Free to print' section in the App Shop: previews, FREE badge, sizes,
cutting tip, 'Open & print' + 'Save file' buttons, and a 100%/Actual-size note.
- scripts/make-print-art.mjs regenerates the artwork (committed output).
- AGENTS.md documents the assets + the re-verify-the-QR rule.
New '/mints' page: browse Community MintRadar mints with health (online/latency/
degraded/archived), NUT count, terms, and add-to-wallet on native.
MintRadar has no CORS, so it's fetched same-origin at /api/mints/*:
- prod: Netlify proxy redirect in public/_redirects (+ 10m cache in _headers)
- dev: Vite server.proxy in vite.config.ts
This also hides users' IPs from MintRadar. Data is unofficial/rate-limited;
the page degrades to a friendly error state. Nav entry + smoke route added.
C (marker): Reuse the existing ~24 KB logo.png for the "you are here"
map marker instead of the 2.9 MB user-location.png (byte-identical copy
of logo-sticker). Removed the unused 2.9 MB PNG from public/images,
cutting deploy/APK size. Same artwork, ~99% smaller payload.
B (chunking): Extend the existing manualChunks in vite.config.ts to
split the largest page-specific libraries into their own vendor chunks
(hls.js, html5-qrcode, recharts) so they load only on the routes that
use them. Capacitor single-bundle branch and React core grouping left
untouched.

Prevents the android:sync script from regressing versionCode/versionName
back to 1.3.7. 1.4.4 → versionCode 10404 (above the previous 10403).

- Swap the map "you are here" badge (user-location.png) to the clean
orange logo instead of the busy sticker art
- Remove stale red-pin icon.svg / generate-icons.html artifacts that
were unused and would regenerate the wrong logo
- Rewrite LOGO_USAGE.md to describe the real logo, list every place it
is used, and document how to regenerate the native Android launcher
icon with @capacitor/assets
- Update IMPLEMENTATION_COMPLETE.md references

The PNG icon kept failing to render (corruption + browser caching of the
broken response) on both phone and desktop. Replaced it with the
PersonStanding Lucide vector icon in neon red with a red glow — it always
renders, never caches broken, is truly single-color and on-brand, and
works identically across phone and desktop. Removed dead image assets.

- Regenerated the Lab skater icon (previous file was corrupted, showing a
broken-image placeholder). Now a valid monochrome neon-red PNG.
- Signup welcome step: added a subtle, jargon-free reassurance line under
"Create quick account" — "Takes 5 seconds · stays on this device ·
nothing to remember" — to make quick signup feel effortless and safe.

Swapped the busy multi-color icon for a clean, monochrome neon-red
skater glyph that reads clearly at small sizes. Refined the tile with a
subtle red border and clearer hover state for better visibility.

Replaced the large black-and-white photo panel with a compact,
app-styled skater icon (neon red #ff0040 + lime #ccff00) sitting in the
rounded icon tile used elsewhere in the app. Added a red drop-shadow
glow to match the brand aesthetic. Removed the unused photo asset.

- Lab "Just a skater?" card now features the uploaded photo, framed and
faded into the card body with a neon-red edge consistent with the app's
look; adds a "The Crew" eyebrow label and a circular arrow affordance.
- Mobile bottom nav redesigned: glowing rounded pill behind the active
tab (replaces the tiny dot), gradient glass bar with a top hairline
glow, ring-2 wallet badge, and refined active/press micro-animations.

Swapped in the new brand logo for every place the app icon appears:
- Favicon, apple-touch-icon, and og:image / twitter:image (via index.html
references to /images/icon-1024.png)
- PWA manifest icons (any + maskable) and all app shortcuts
- In-app header logos (Layout, Index) and logo.png / logo-icon.png
- This same icon-1024.png is what the Zapstore listing pulls, so the store
entry updates too
Also corrected the manifest icon "sizes" declarations to match the actual
asset dimensions (180x180) so browsers don't reject the icons for a
size mismatch.

Critical: Leaflet marker popups built untrusted Nostr event fields (and
BTC Map API fields) into innerHTML, bypassing React's output encoding. Any
user could publish a spot/tour/crew/event with an <img onerror> payload in a
text field; it executed on /map render with no interaction, letting injected
script read the plaintext nsec from localStorage (nostr:login) and the Cashu
seed (cashu-mnemonic) — permanent, unrotatable account + wallet takeover.
Fixes in src/components/SpotMap.tsx:
- Rebuild all popup DOM with createElement + textContent instead of innerHTML
for every untrusted field: spot.location; tour.title/location/meetingPoint;
evt.title/location; crew.name/location; BTC Map name/address/opening_hours/
phone/description.
- Validate every event/API URL with sanitizeUrl() before it reaches an
href/src: crew.image (popup + marker icon) and BTC Map website. Drop
anything that isn't http(s). tel: links reduced to safe characters.
- Replace inline onerror handler on the crew marker image (would be blocked
by CSP anyway) with a scripted img.onerror fallback.
- Add popupRow() helper so untrusted detail rows can never be innerHTML'd.
Defense in depth (web only, native Capacitor build unaffected):
- Add public/_headers with a strict Content-Security-Policy: default-src
'none'; script-src 'self' 'wasm-unsafe-eval' (no unsafe-inline/eval);
object-src 'none'; base-uri 'none'; frame-ancestors 'none'; plus the
https:/wss: allowances a Nostr client genuinely needs for relays, media,
and mints. Also X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options, Referrer-Policy,
Permissions-Policy.
- Move the inline boot-crash-guard script to public/boot-guard.js so
script-src can stay 'self' with no 'unsafe-inline'; index.html now loads it
externally. The guard also now paints errors via textContent, not innerHTML.

After Near Me centers the map, there was no indicator of where the user
actually is. Add a Google-Maps-style location marker, brand-flavored:
- Circular badge using the SkateSpots logo (public/images/user-location.png)
with a red (#ff0040) ring, sitting at the user's exact coordinates.
- Pulsing translucent accuracy halo (ssPulse keyframes) so it reads as a
live "you are here" and doubles as subtle motion.
- Rendered above all other markers (zIndexOffset), with a "You are here"
popup. Created/moved/removed reactively from a new `userLocation` prop.
Wired MapPage's userLocation state through to SpotMap (lat/lon → lat/lng).
Marker image path uses import.meta.env.BASE_URL so it resolves on both
web ('/') and the Capacitor APK ('./').

New icon design inspired by the skateboarding arch logo style:
- Skateboard deck (popsicle shape) in the bottom portion with gradient colors
- 4 wheels with gradient accents and white hub centers
- Metal truck hangers visible below the deck
- Location pin centered on top with glow effect
- Brand gradient: #ff0040 (red) → #ff6600 (orange) → #ccff00 (lime)
- No text, no fire - clean and stylish on black background
Co-authored-by: shakespeare.diy <assistant@shakespeare.diy>
- Gradient circle and white map pin exactly as original
- Small horizontal white skateboard deck (popsicle shape) sits right at the
tip of the pin point, minimal and clean
- Four small wheel circles at deck corners
- Everything inside the gradient circle, nothing breaking outside
Co-authored-by: shakespeare.diy <assistant@shakespeare.diy>
- Keep original gradient circle (red→orange→lime) and white map pin exactly as-is
- White skateboard deck drawn behind the circle, protruding below it
- Deck has popsicle shape (rounded nose + tail), two truck axles, four wheels
that extend out beyond the deck sides so they're clearly visible
- Wheels have inner hub detail for realism
Co-authored-by: shakespeare.diy <assistant@shakespeare.diy>
- Redesigned icon.svg: skateboard deck shape (rounded nose/tail, truck axles,
wheels) beneath the existing map pin, all using the same red→orange→lime
gradient as the original
- Replace MapPin component icons in desktop header, mobile header, and footer
with the actual icon.svg image so the new logo shows everywhere

The entire skate-spots codebase was accidentally copied into src/src/ and
public/public/ instead of src/ and public/ directly. This left the real
src/ directory as blank MKStack template stubs, explaining why the landing
page showed the default template instead of SkateSpots.
Changes made:
- Copied all files from src/src/ up to src/ (App.tsx, AppRouter.tsx, main.tsx,
all pages, components, hooks, contexts, lib, i18n, test)
- Copied all files from public/public/ up to public/ (images, manifest, etc.)
- Deleted src/src/ and public/public/ nested directories
- Removed HelloWorld.tsx template stub from pages/
- Retained the previously fixed index.css (Tailwind v3 directives)
Full skate-spots feature set is now active:
- All 30+ routes (map, events, spots, coaches, marketplace, wallet, etc.)
- NWCProvider, LanguageProvider, PWAInstallPrompt, AmberCallbackHandler
- Skate community relays (goskatespots.nostr1.com, wotr.relatr.xyz, etc.)
- Outfit Variable font, Amber pre-check in main.tsx
- All hooks (useSkateSpots, useCoaches, useZaps, etc.)
- i18n support (en/es)
