e357833557 i18n(es): batch 3 part 3 — shared label maps + leftover routing/Sasquatch strings
- labelsUi.* (221+ keys): spot categories/features/types, access, shelter, event
types, gear categories/conditions, price/listings, tours, crews,
member-visibility, tag categories, spot status. New src/lib/labelKeys.ts holds
the shared value->key maps (one source; the five duplicated EVENT_TYPE_KEYS
copies now import it). spotStatus.statusTimeAgo() uses the locale date shim.
- formatPrice() now takes an optional t so FREE/Trade/Make Offer translate.
- Route helpers: skateTime/distanceReadout/maneuver descriptors/formatAge
  translated (routeUi.*), consumers updated.
- Sasquatch: PRO_TIERS labels/badges + summarizeDraft titles/lines/ctas
  translated (sasquatchUi.*).
- Lab *_LABELS/_DESCRIPTIONS maps remain English (documented out of scope).

09735375c2 feat(i18n): Spanish (Castellano) — infra + Map/Spots, Marketplace, Lab (batch 1)
- First-visit language auto-detect (Spanish devices land in es; stored choice wins).
- Sasquatch AI replies in the app language (skate trick names kept English).
- i18n safety net: scripts/check-i18n.mjs wired into npm test — fails on any t()
key missing from en/es or any en/es key drift.
- ~1,680 new keys (2,297 total) across mapUi / spotUi / marketUi / labUi and
~65 files wired to t(): Map, spots (detail/create/edit/chat), marketplace,
trades, offers, escrow, shipping, The Lab, /become/* forms, coaches, skaters.
- Policy: only skate TRICK names stay English; user-generated content untouched.

9fe219aac6 feat(stats): reconcile the region card, and geocode shops too
Answers 'why don't the map and stats match' by making the gap visible, and
brings shops into the region breakdown.

- src/lib/geocodeRegions.ts is now the single reverse-geocode helper (spot
create, shop create, shop edit), so the Nominatim call + Accept-Language + the
parse rules can't drift. Never throws.
- Shops now publish city/country/country_code (previously none), so they can
  appear in the region breakdown.
- Stats: regions cover spots AND shops; a new 'Uncategorised (N)' row plus a
'{N} of {M}' footnote let the card reconcile with the location total. Section
retitled 'Spots & Shops by Region'.
- PERSIST_BUSTER v3 -> v4.
- /privacy: wording now 'spot or shop geocoding'.

The map deliberately still reads the community relay + the reader's relays
(forcing canonical would hide an opted-out user's own spots) - documented.

58154bf5d5 feat(stats): stable country grouping, an Other row, and disclose Nominatim
Answers 'how are these accounted?' and fixes the privacy-page gap it exposed.

- Spot creation now also publishes ['country_code', <ISO-3166-1 alpha-2>], kept
alongside the display 'country' name so existing search/display still work.
- Stats group countries by country_code when present, else a lowercased name;
the label is the most common raw name in the group, so a localised spelling
can't split one country across two rows.
- The tail beyond the top 6 is surfaced as an 'Other' row, and the section is
relabelled 'Spots by Region' (it counts spots, not people) with a footnote.
- PERSIST_BUSTER v2 -> v3 (GrowthStats shape changed again).
- /privacy: disclose OpenStreetMap Nominatim — spot geocoding sees your IP and
the spot's pin (never the device's GPS). It was missing from the IP list.

ee97a1c5ca feat(spots): make reports act, add a publish floor, stop junk looking endorsed
The 'test of secret island airport' case: a no-photo, one-line, reported pin sat
on the map looking legit. Four fixes:

- A) Report has a visible effect: a 'Reported as not a skate spot by N — under
review' banner on the spot page, for everyone.
- B) Publish floor: a spot needs a photo OR a non-empty description. Photo stays
optional (per the earlier decision); title + type alone no longer publishes.
- C) Auto-hide from the map when >=3 DISTINCT accounts report it AND it has no
community signals (no community photo, no status report). The 'no signals'
clause is the anti-brigade guard; reversible. useSpotReports now exposes
     distinct .
- D) The flattering 'Conditions ... NN/100' block is hidden until the spot is
confirmed (community or staff) — on an unconfirmed pin it read as the app
     endorsing the spot itself.

f1ddf5fdf1 feat(quality): review queue for every kind, soft photo gate, empty-map nudge
(a) Review queue covers spots/shops/events/tours/gear: added { includeHidden }
    (admin-tooling only) to useSkateShops/useSkateEvents/useTours/
useMarketplaceItems; generalised the flags to contentFlags() in spotQuality.ts
(trust/status/photo signals stay spot-only); one component per kind so only the
OPEN tab queries. Reports + trust are kind-agnostic; the label mechanism never
    cared about kind.
(b) Photo gate softened: removed the hard block (it punished an honest mapper with
no photo). Publish without a photo is allowed; the spot stays Unverified, the
success toast says so, and the queue's 'no photo' flag lets a human look.
(c) Empty-map nudge: MapPage now distinguishes a FILTER empty ('No spots match')
from a genuinely EMPTY map ('No spots mapped yet — be the first to map your
park', with Add-spot + Near-me). Note: must key off allLocations, not mapSpots
    (which derives from filteredSpots).

Verified in the browser: the empty-map nudge renders with its CTAs when no spots
load; the review queue renders 15 spot rows and the tabs switch (Gear shows its
own empty state). tsc/eslint clean, 101 tests, smoke PASS.

e549aeee3a feat(spots): reports reach the admin, duplicates are caught, contributors are told
1) Reports were a VOID: ReportDialog publishes NIP-56 (1984) but the only reader
in the app was a count on marketplace cards, so an admin never saw one. Now
useSpotReports batch-reads kind 1984 by '#e' (one query for every spot) and
the review queue ranks reported spots ABOVE the heuristics with a red
'REPORTED: ...' chip. useNotASpotReport publishes to getWriteRelays()
(community relay + the reporter's), not the default pool — the admin reads
from the community relay, so reports written only to personal relays would
never arrive. Verified end-to-end: published a report from Node, saw it
   surface in the queue.

2) Duplicate guard in CreateSpotPage: on submit, existing spots within 60 m are
listed with distances + links, with 'It's a different spot — publish anyway'.
Targets the clone-spam failure mode (five near-identical pins).

3) Contributor feedback: useSkateSpot no longer nulls a hidden spot for its
AUTHOR (it used to silently 404 for the person who made it), and
SpotDetailPage shows an author-only banner for hidden/verified.

tsc/eslint clean, 101 tests, smoke PASS.

a43ff47b28 feat(spots): honest quality signals, photo required, off-topic reports, admin review queue
The 'test of secret island airport' problem: a junk pin wearing an app-endorsed
'Skateability 95/100'.

- Rename the weather score to 'Conditions · weather only' (SpotDetailPage +
the SpotMap popup). It was never a verdict on the place.
- New Community verified / Unverified badge from signals only OTHER skaters can
produce: community photos + useSpotStatus reporterCount (kind 2259).
- CreateSpotPage now REQUIRES at least one photo (guard + disabled submit +
a required hint on the label).
- useNotASpotReport: one-tap NIP-56 (1984) report tagged 'not-a-skate-spot'
(NIP-56 'other' + our L/l/t taxonomy), wired into the spot's More menu and
added to the shared ReportDialog reasons.
- useAdminHide: the MISSING WRITE SIDE for admin moderation. useAdminModeration
always read NIP-32 kind-1985 'hidden' labels but nothing published one, so the
only working hide was device-local. Now publishes the label (+ optimistic
local hide). Soft and reversible — the event stays on relays.
- /review (AdminReviewPage, admin-only → 404 otherwise): review queue over
useSkateSpots with cheap flags (suspicious title, name <=3 chars, no photo, no
description, no geohash), sorted by flag count, one-tap Hide or Not a skate
spot. Entry via the admin-only AdminReviewCard in Settings → Advanced.
- /review added to the smoke-test route list.

Verified: the airport spot shows UNVERIFIED with 'Conditions · weather only' and
no 'Skateability'; the review queue lists it with flags + Hide/report actions;
create-spot blocks without a photo.

087f490acc refactor(layout): hoist Layout into the router so the chrome mounts once
- AppRouter wraps every route (except /amber-callback and the 404) in ONE
<Route element={<Layout/>}> with an <Outlet/>; the chrome now persists across
navigation instead of being torn down and rebuilt on every page.
- Layout: children optional (falls back to <Outlet/>); the map is full-bleed via
a route check (isFullBleed) instead of a per-page noPadding prop.
- All 59 pages + CraftProfileForm/ErrorState/NewsletterIssueView now render
fragments instead of <Layout> (structure-preserving), imports dropped.

Removes the whole remount class: chrome no longer re-runs its hooks per
navigation, Sasquatch chat state survives navigation, and the header can't
re-open Amber on every page change.

f5ce4002e9 feat(lab, spots): validate contact details + drag & drop photo upload
- Lab forms: a non-empty email must be valid and website/portfolio must
resolve to an https URL; invalid input shows an inline hint and blocks
publish. Adds isValidEmail() (reused by sanitizeEmail). social/instagram
are exempt since they may be bare @handles.
- New PhotoDropzone component: drag & drop plus multi-select image input,
emitting File[] to the caller. Wired into CreateSpotPage + EditSpotPage
(drop several photos at once) and AddPhotoToSpot, replacing the old
  one-file-at-a-time inputs.
- Spot photo uploads run sequentially and dedupe URLs.

b2a6108eeb refactor: split non-component exports (react-refresh) into their own modules
Removes the last react-refresh disables by splitting exports instead:
- contexts/language.ts: Language/Translations types + LanguageContext +
  useTranslation/useT (LanguageProvider stays a component-only file); 12
  importers repointed.
- lib/sortOptions.ts: calculatePopularity + calculateDistance (out of SortDropdown)
- lib/trustFilter.ts: TrustFilterLevel + filterByTrustLevel (out of TrustFilter)
- EventCountdown: deleted the unused useEventStatus hook
- NewsletterPage: dropped the NEWSLETTER_ISSUES re-export shim
- AGENTS.md updated (lint stays clean with no blanket disables)

Gate: 101 tests, 0 errors/warnings, boot smoke green.

a7b7e07e86 Add spot "Shelter" (weather protection) field
Skaters need to know if a spot is roofed/indoor so weather info isn't
misleading — a covered or indoor spot is still skateable in the rain. Added a
4-way shelter level: outdoor (default) / partial / covered / indoor.

Data model (types.ts + skateTags.ts):
- SkateSpot.shelter parsed from a `['shelter', value]` tag (validated to known
values; absent/unknown → treated as outdoor).
- shelterOptions / DEFAULT_SHELTER / SHELTERED_VALUES + ShelterType exported.
- SHELTER_INFO display map (emoji/label/short/color) for badges.

Publishing (CreateSpotPage + EditSpotPage):
- New "Shelter" selector reusing the exact selectable-Card pattern used by
Access Type / Spot Type (cn() borders, neon ring, corner check badge).
- Emits `['shelter', value]` always, plus a queryable `['t', value]` for
sheltered spots (indoor/covered/partial) so "dry spots" filtering + Sasquatch
search work at the relay level. Outdoor adds no t tag.
- EditSpotPage initialises from the existing spot and preserves the value.

Display:
- Shelter badge on SpotDetailPage, SpotCard, and the MapPage popup — only shown
for sheltered spots (outdoor stays unbadged to avoid clutter).

Docs:
- NIP.md: shelter added to the optional-tags table, a dedicated Shelter section
explaining values + the queryable-t-tag behaviour, and an indoor example.

Build clean, no console errors.

5506344893 Make Sasquatch tell the truth: direct relay queries, not a CVM server
The chat's data layer (useCVMClient) queries Nostr relays directly from the
browser — the CVM/ContextVM server round-trip was removed earlier for speed.
But the UI and system prompt still claimed data came "from the CVM server",
which is no longer true. Aligned every user-facing claim with reality:

- System prompt: reframed "CVM Tools / MUST route through CVM" as "Live data
tools that query the Nostr relays directly". Tool-calling behaviour unchanged.
- Streaming status: "Querying CVM for X" → "Searching the relays for X".
- Tool-failure message: no longer blames a non-existent "CVM server"; now
correctly frames it as relays being slow, with a retry nudge.
- Empty results: stop asserting "not added yet" as fact — an empty result can
also mean slow relays or a misspelled place. Now offers retry + add-a-spot,
and names the place searched. Applied to the local formatter, the system
prompt rules, and the second-pass AI instruction.
- Chat footer: "Powered by ContextVM & Nostr Relays Data" → "Live data from
Nostr relays" (links the primary community relay).
- About page credit: "AI powered by ContextVM" → "Trust & crew chat via
ContextVM" (its real role: Relatr trust scores + encrypted crew chat).
- Owner CVM health panel: clarified it probes the standalone MCP server and
that the in-app chat does not depend on it.
- Updated stale internal comments in SasquatchGuide + CreateSpotPage.

ContextVM references that ARE accurate (Relatr trust scores, crew-chat Cordn
coordinator) were left intact. Build clean, no console errors.

2b50f2b496 Spot form: enforce required spot type, guard submit during Quick Snap upload, drop debug log (1.2.26)
CreateSpotPage:
- Spot type is marked required (*) and drives the quality meter, but submit
never validated it — a spot could be published with no type. Now validated
with a clear toast, matching the title/coordinate checks.
- Submit was allowed while the Quick Snap photo was still uploading in the
background, which would publish the spot WITHOUT the photo the user just
took. Submit is now blocked (with an "Uploading photo…" button state and a
reassuring toast) until the upload settles.
- Removed a leftover console.log of the full event payload.

EditSpotPage:
- Same missing spot-type validation (also marked * in its UI) — added the
  same guard for consistency.

7aad972099 Quick Snap: navigate to Add Spot immediately, upload photo on the form (v1.0.76)
Bug: after taking a Quick Snap photo and choosing "keep", the user never
reached the Add Spot form. handleQuickCameraCapture uploaded the photo to
Blossom FIRST (which needs an Amber signature and can be slow/fail) and only
navigated on success — so a stalled upload stranded the user right after the
camera.

Fix: Quick Snap now prioritizes speed —
- MapPage stashes the raw photo as a data URL (quickCapturePendingPhoto),
grabs location (non-blocking), and navigates to /create-spot immediately.
- CreateSpotPage reads the pending photo on mount, converts it back to a File,
and uploads it in the background with an "Uploading photo…" tile, adding the
resulting URL to the images list. A failed upload now shows a toast on the
form instead of blocking navigation. Old quickCaptureImage (already-uploaded
  URL) path kept for backward-compat.
- Removed the now-unused useUploadFile from MapPage.

84aa009b33 fix: CVM server tag mapping + add city/country geocoding to spots
CVM server fixes (cvm-server/server.ts):
- Use 'title' tag instead of 'name' to read spot names (app publishes 'title')
- Search now checks 'title' tag (not just 'name') for keyword matches
- City filter now also checks 'title' tag and event content
- Country filter also checks event content
- Features filter now checks 't' tags (app uses 't' not 'feature')
- Validate spots with 't: skatespot' tag (same rule as the app)
- Return 'location' field and proper features list in results
- Image parsing now supports both 'image' (legacy) and 'imeta' (NIP-92)

CreateSpotPage fix (src/pages/CreateSpotPage.tsx):
- Add reverse geocoding via Nominatim on spot submit
- Emit structured 'city' and 'country' tags so CVM can filter by them
- Auto-fill location field from geocoding if user left it blank

SasquatchGuide improvement (src/components/SasquatchGuide.tsx):
- Add data model notes to system prompt explaining tag structure
- Instruct AI to handle 0-result responses gracefully (encourage adding spots)
- Use limit:20+ for city/country searches

e29d35f1e4 fix: restore full skate-spots source tree from misplaced src/src/ copy
The entire skate-spots codebase was accidentally copied into src/src/ and
public/public/ instead of src/ and public/ directly. This left the real
src/ directory as blank MKStack template stubs, explaining why the landing
page showed the default template instead of SkateSpots.

Changes made:
- Copied all files from src/src/ up to src/ (App.tsx, AppRouter.tsx, main.tsx,
all pages, components, hooks, contexts, lib, i18n, test)
- Copied all files from public/public/ up to public/ (images, manifest, etc.)
- Deleted src/src/ and public/public/ nested directories
- Removed HelloWorld.tsx template stub from pages/
- Retained the previously fixed index.css (Tailwind v3 directives)

Full skate-spots feature set is now active:
- All 30+ routes (map, events, spots, coaches, marketplace, wallet, etc.)
- NWCProvider, LanguageProvider, PWAInstallPrompt, AmberCallbackHandler
- Skate community relays (goskatespots.nostr1.com, wotr.relatr.xyz, etc.)
- Outfit Variable font, Amber pre-check in main.tsx
- All hooks (useSkateSpots, useCoaches, useZaps, etc.)
- i18n support (en/es)
