e66888128f feat(trust): a real mute (NIP-51 kind 10000) that hides content
Completes the safety loop. useMuteList reads the viewer's kind-10000 mute
list plus optimistic local mutes (lib/localMutes.ts); useMuteUser
republishes the list with the target added, records it locally and
invalidates content queries. useAdminModeration carries a new
mutedPubkeys set, and the shared filterAdminHidden/filterAdminHiddenMixed
drop muted authors — so every list hook filters them with no per-hook
changes (admin tooling with includeHidden still sees them). The flagged
notice gains a Mute action.

0f8c77908b perf(trust): compute the local WoT graph once per viewer
TrustBadge called useTrustScore per card, which fetched the viewer's
follow list plus up to 100 friends' follow lists for EVERY card. The
graph does not depend on the target, so useViewerGraph computes it once
per viewer (one shared React Query) and deriveLocalScore returns the same
100/90/60/0 ladder (the NIP-05 30 tier classified as unknown anyway).
TrustBadge now costs no per-card network work on top of the batched
assertion read. Behaviour preserved; logged-out users still use the house
graph. Also records the ANALYZE=1 bundle findings in AGENTS.md.

3b06e90d15 feat(trust): let the viewer choose the trust provider (NIP-85 kind 10040)
Settings -> Trust is now functional, not read-only. useSetTrustProvider
publishes a kind-10040 designation for a custom provider (npub or 64-hex +
wss relay, the five 30382:<type> rows) and can clear it to fall back to the
community provider. The card validates input, prompts the signer, and
invalidates the provider + assertion queries so scores refresh. Docs
updated.

fd9316331b feat(trust): Settings -> Trust and name AGPL on the License page
- Settings -> Trust section (?section=trust, TrustSettingsCard): a
show/hide-marks toggle (useTrustDisplay; Flagged is never hidden) and the
active provider + relay (useTrustProvider), linked to /trust.
- TrustBadge respects the display preference.
- Name AGPL-3.0 on the License page by updating its existing copy
  (licenseLabel + body) in en/es.
- Settings + card i18n keys; /settings?section=trust added to the smoke
  list. Docs updated.

2d1144bb7e feat(trust): batch provider reads, neutral direct follows, flagged notice
Second pass of TRUST_SCORE.md.

- useTrustAssertions now batches: every TrustBadge registers its subject into
a shared per-viewer union and ONE query fetches the union (no per-card
query), with a debounced refetch when a list grows. Same hook API.
- A direct follow (or self) is no longer shown as Verified - only a
friend-of-friend or a provider assertion counts; Flagged is never
  suppressed.
- useUserReports reads public NIP-56 reports for an account, and
TrustFlaggedNotice shows a flagged counterparty with the reporters grouped
by the viewer's network plus Report / Dismiss. Wired into the listing
seller card and the coach detail page.
- New walletUi.trust.* keys (en/es).

fead9ca781 feat(trust): spec-correct NIP-85 consumer + Verified/Unknown/Flagged badge
First slice of TRUST_SCORE.md.

- lib/nip85.ts: parse kind-10040 provider designations, resolve a provider
with a house fallback, parse kind-30382 assertions (rank/followers/
reporters/muters/hops; absent hops means no path, absence is not
  distrust), and author-check the provider.
- hooks/useTrustAssertions.ts: batch read from the resolved provider,
signature-verified via onlyVerified + the author check.
- lib/trustLadder.ts: three buckets and thresholds (flagged = trusted
  reporters >= 2; verified rank >= 2).
- hooks/useTrustBucket.ts: prefers a NIP-85 assertion (verify + flag),
falls back to the local WoT ladder (verify only).
- TrustBadge.tsx: now renders Verified / Unknown / Flagged with glyph,
colour and tooltip; Unknown hidden by default, Flagged always shown.
Reaches the map/tour/event cards, marketplace card, listing detail and
coach detail through the shared component.

Open follow-ups (in TRUST_SCORE.md): batch the bucket at list level, a
'who reported' breakdown, a provider-choice setting, alerts, confidence
scoring.

ef01c3a5ed fix(map): stop deleted spots flashing back from cache
A NIP-09 kind-5 delete is only honoured by relays and was never applied
locally, so on refresh the persisted React Query cache and the Dexie spot
cache re-rendered a just-deleted spot for a few seconds until fresh data
(or the admin hidden-label query) filtered it out.

Add src/lib/localDeletions.ts: a device-local tombstone keyed by coord
and event id, written optimistically by useDeleteEntity on the owner path
(rolled back if signing/publishing fails). The shared filterAdminHidden/
filterAdminHiddenMixed now also drop tombstoned items, so every list hook
filters them from first render with no per-hook changes. useSkateSpot
returns null for a tombstoned spot, and cacheSpots/cacheSpot refuse and
evict tombstoned rows. Prune by tombstone only (callers use limits 8-2000,
so pruning by 'not in fresh result' would wipe valid cached spots).

ee55669625 Deck cost calculator: convert + a searchable multi-currency selector
- getBtcRates()/useBtcRates() read every BTC→fiat rate from the ONE Coinbase
exchange-rates call the app already made, plus sats (1e8). No new endpoint.
- The calculator's currency control is now a searchable Popover: sats + every
fiat Coinbase reports, with a search box. Selecting a currency CONVERTS every
money field (labour, rent, utilities, subscriptions, equipment cost, material
order/shipping, packaging materials) by the live ratio; unitless fields
(overhead factor, board counts, minutes, margins) are untouched. Falls back to
  relabel-only if rates aren't loaded.

84fde55ddd Add the DIY section (resources for boards, ramps & concrete)
New /diy hub: curated resources for making your own gear, with cross-links into
the rest of the app.

- src/lib/diyGuides.ts: seed data — categories (Boards, Ramps & wooden
obstacles, Concrete & DIY spots, Repairs & tuning, Tools & plans), resource
cards (Open Source Skateboards / SK8CAD / Instructables / YouTube), and an
actions block (find a Builder, find a DIY crew, map a DIY spot, sell builds,
  find a coach).
- src/pages/DiyPage.tsx renders it (category chips + card grid + actions);
external links go through sanitizeUrl and credit the source.
- Route /diy (lazyWithRetry) + a nav-catalog entry (id diy) so it appears in the
desktop "More" menu and the mobile burger; also linked from the site footer
and the map links strip. Smoke test walks /diy.

b37d627138 Add a slim, dismissible site-links strip to the map
The desktop footer is hidden on full-bleed map routes, leaving the
Newsletter/License/Privacy/Collaborators links (and the "not sponsored by
OpenSats" note) unreachable from the homepage. MapFooterStrip overlays them
inside the map container without stealing map height:

- Desktop: a slim full-width bottom bar.
- Mobile: a tiny collapsed "Links" chip that expands to a compact, scrollable
  row.
- Dismissible (useMapFooterHidden, device-local, same-tab synced) and
  restorable from Settings -> Appearance.
- The map's OSM attribution moved up (md:bottom-7) so the bar doesn't cover it.

084c002c45 Fix mobile grid overflow + add a Top Shops leaderboard
The /lab profile card and /stats Top Mappers were overflowing off the right
edge: Tailwind `grid md:grid-cols-2` (no base column) renders one implicit
`auto` track on mobile that can exceed the container when a name is long, so the
whole card got pushed off-screen. Added the base `grid-cols-1` repo-wide (plus
`min-w-0` on truncating flex/grid children).

/stats also gained a "Top Shops — most shops added" leaderboard (kind 30017)
beside Top Mappers (spots): `topShops` in useGrowthStats, a generalized
MapperRow (count + unit), and EN/ES copy. PERSIST_BUSTER → v6 (new persisted
field).

8cdc41cc15 Quieter Sasquatch bubble: no perpetual pulse, hideable, map-aware
Addresses "the floating Sasquatch flashing is annoying":

- Pulse is now state-driven: the animate-ping halo shows only when there's an
unread tip (message), never perpetually; the unread dot matches.
- Honors prefers-reduced-motion (motion-reduce:hidden).
- Map-aware: Layout passes isFullBleed, so on the map the bubble runs compact
(smaller, no glow, no pulse) instead of competing with map controls.
- Hideable: a ✕ on the FAB hides it (useSasquatchHidden, localStorage
sasquatch-hidden, same-tab synced via an event), with a "Show Sasquatch
assistant" toggle in Settings → Appearance to bring it back.

3e84310384 Autosave Lab profile drafts so long forms survive nav/reload

a draft can't silently clobber a freshly loaded profile.
- LabDraftBanner offers Resume / Discard; wired into CraftProfileForm (8 crafts)
and the coach + filmer/editor/photographer/builder pages.
- The draft clears on a successful publish.

c794d5fd18 Give Lab profiles a per-craft URL: /lab/<craft>/<pubkey>/<id>
Every provider lived at /coach/<pubkey>/<id> regardless of craft (a barber got
a "coach" URL). New src/lib/labRoutes.ts maps craft kind → segment and builds
the canonical path; the router adds /lab/:craft/:pubkey/:identifier (the craft
segment is cosmetic — the page still resolves by pubkey + identifier) and keeps
/coach/... working for old links. All generated links updated: offer-form
redirects, Lab cards + "Your Lab profiles", cross-links, spot/event/admin links,
the CVM client URL, the share path, and the SPA clean-link shim.

b285db907d feat(map): show community confidence on spot cards
- New `useBatchSpotCommunityScores(spots)` — ONE query for many spots (same
signals/weights as the single-spot hook; counts distinct accounts, drops the
mapper, caps per account; skip WoT/activity weighting at this scale).
- SpotCard takes an optional `community` prop and shows a small "Community"
(green) or "Seen" chip in the footer.
- MapPage scores the visible spot cards (shops excluded — different kind) and
  passes each card its score.

77a3d592ea feat(spots): crews + Lab links count as strong signals; add a verify nudge
- useSpotCommunityScore now also reads crews (35006, `a` ref, weight 3) and Lab
profile links (35001-35014, `a` ref, weight 2) as effortful signals — a whole
crew listing the spot, or a Lab pro linking it, is strong evidence. A crew
ref alone reaches "community". (Tours/events use geohash, not a spot coord,
  so they're not counted.)
- Spot page: on an unconfirmed spot, a logged-in non-owner now sees a "Be the
first to confirm this spot" nudge with Add-photo + "I've skated here".
- Breakdown line/tooltip include crew + Lab counts.

0e4e8c548a feat(spots): aggregate community confidence from all engagement signals
New `useSpotCommunityScore(spot)` — ONE batched relay query covering photos,
status reports, comments, reactions, zaps, collections and tag suggestions for
a spot, then a distinct-account, tier-weighted score:

- counts DISTINCT accounts and never the mapper's own signals;
- weights costly signals higher (zap 3, photo/status 2, comment/reaction/
  collection/tag 1) and caps each account's contribution at 3;
- multiplies by the actor's web-of-trust + real-activity (reusing
  useBatchTrustScores/useBatchActivity) so a ring of empty accounts can't move it;
- returns level (unverified | seen | community) + a breakdown.

SpotDetailPage now derives the Community-verified badge from this (not just
photos+status) and shows a small "why" line (e.g. "2 photos · 1 zap · 3
comments") under the badges. No new event kinds.

127819e3da feat(nip05): multiple handles for profiles, crews and shops
A NIP-05 name maps to one key, so "who owns it" decides where it lives:
- Crew: repeatable nip05 tags (up to 5), verified against the founder key.
- Shop: same on kind 30017, verified against the owner key (new field).
- Profile: kind-0 has ONE standard nip05; extra personal handles live in a
separate NIP-78 record (kind 30078, d=skatespots:profile-handles) so another
client re-saving the profile can't wipe them.

Shared pieces:
- components/Nip05Badges.tsx — generic verify-and-render chip row (any owner).
- components/Nip05HandlesEditor.tsx — shared add/remove editor with live
verified/mismatch status; used by profile, crew and shop forms.
- CrewNip05Badge now delegates to Nip05Badges; CrewForm uses the shared editor.
- Profile page shows primary + extra handles, and each crew/shop chips its own
  verified handle.
- lib/profileHandles.ts + hooks/useProfileHandles.ts (read/publish the record).
- types: SkateShop gains nip05/nip05s; parseSkateShop parses repeatable nip05s.
- NIP.md + AGENTS.md + i18n (EN/ES) updated.

d566af851e fix: H14 double-pay guard + H1 claim provenance
H14 (NWC double-pay): after the 15s pay() timeout, useNWC now polls
lookupInvoice to confirm settlement before reporting failure; if the status
stays unknown it throws a coded error (PAYMENT_STATUS_UNKNOWN) and the callers
that used to fall through to another rail (useZaps, usePurchasePro,
PlatformFeePayment) now STOP and tell the user to check their wallet — no
automatic second payment.

H1 (spot claim): claim-from now stores the ORIGINAL COORDINATE
(30818:pubkey:d) rather than an ambiguous bare pubkey; SkateSpot parses
claimedFrom/claimReason; a claimed listing shows a 'Claimed listing' notice so
the duplicate is understandable. NIP.md updated. Full reader-side supersede is
documented as the remaining design item (a wrong rule could hide real spots).

a745bdbbcf fix(trust): C5b — featured ranking requires a verified provider receipt
A ['featured', expiry] tag is self-asserted, so anyone could mint one and buy
top placement (the badge verified it, ordering didn't).

- New src/lib/featuredVerification.ts resolves the provider pubkey (cached) and
batch-checks provider-authored kind-9735 zap receipts for the featured coords.
- useTours / useSkateEvents / useUpcomingSkateEvents / useLabProfiles now rank
  only receipts-backed featured items first.
- Availability fallback: if the provider can't be resolved or the query fails,
the self-asserted ordering is kept, so a provider outage never blanks paid
  placement.

caa5f8c56e fix: tier 4 — offer role trust, proof replay, crew alerts, error/nav i18n
- H13 offer threads: the seller is ALWAYS the listing author (derived from the
event pubkey), never a self-declared role tag — a non-owner can no longer
appear as the seller with a payment pointer.
- H12 trade reputation: a preimage/deposit proof counts at most once, so a real
payment can't be reused across attestations to inflate payment-verified.
- Crew alerts: listed crews are filtered against the user's own membership
confirmation labels (one batched query), so a confirmed member no longer gets
a phantom 'confirm to join' badge/notification when the crew is edited.
- Error boundaries (app + route) and DesktopNavManager are translated; the
class boundary renders a translated functional ErrorFallback. New batch4
  namespaces errorsUi.* / desktopNav.*.

e016ee20bd fix: tier 3 — medium bugs & hardening
- Tour sponsor URL/logo sanitized before href/src (SponsorSlot) — same XSS
  guard EventSponsors already uses.
- Official SkateSpots badge only shows when the NIP-05 actually verifies
  (NIP19Page), not on a self-asserted handle.
- Community stats reads are null-guarded on persisted-cache fields
(monthly/cumulativeSpots/topMappers) — no more crash on an old cache.
- Overpass response no longer assumes .elements (food layer).
- user-listings query key is memoized (was Date.now() → refetch storm).
- Pro grant requires the l=pro label (was accepted with none).
- Verify card RSVP maps accepted/tentative (was going/interested → showed
'No RSVP' on a valid ticket).
- Expired listings can't be bought via a stale/shared URL.
- Batch spot photo/status hooks include the relay suffix and use
  querySkateContent (relay-policy parity with useSpotReports).
- Offline queue requeues rows stuck in 'publishing' after a crash.
- querySkateContent/queryCanonical dedupe replaceable events by author+kind
(not id) so a stale profile/relay list can't win.
- Route offline cache key includes the origin (was destination+mode only).
- Internal links use <Link> (MarketplacePage); EventCountdown reacts to
  language changes.

9189fc6584 fix(trust): tier 2 — moderation, labels & data integrity (H2–H17)
- H2 useAdminModeration now fetches the 'cleared' label too, so an admin Undo
actually propagates (newest-verdict-wins) instead of only working on-device.
- H3 admin takedowns publish the NIP-32 'hidden' label (useAdminHide) instead of
an author-only kind-5 relays ignore; the cross-app hide is real now.
- H5 the /stats outage banner works: queryCanonical reports relay failures via
onError, so 'partial' can be true and zeros are never presented as truth.
- H6 useShops got its own cache namespace (was colliding with useSkateShops).
- H7 listing NIP-05 is verified against the user's key, not merely self-asserted.
- H8 NIP-22 spot comments/transfer now use uppercase root tags (A/K/P); readers
  accept legacy #a; NIP.md corrected.
- H9 Lab profile edits preserve foreign spot refs (crew link = 35006 only).
- H10 collection edits preserve foreign NIP-51 tags.
- H11 LAB_KINDS = all 13 provider kinds (was 35001-35005).
- H16 skip-to-content is a button that focuses <main> (was href=#main, which
  HashRouter treated as a route → 404).
- H17 CustomizeNavSheet is translated; useLocalStorage re-reads on key change and
  keeps stateRef in sync cross-tab.
- Backup 'confirmed' flag is now per-account (backup-confirmed:<pubkey>).

a8b4b9fdd0 fix(security): tier 1 — money & auth (C1–C5 partial)
- C1 Marketplace payments now verify the invoice amount: usePayPaymentPointer
calls assertInvoiceAmount(invoice, amountSats) before paying, so a seller
can't attach a raw BOLT11 or return an inflated LNURL invoice and have an
  auto-approving wallet pay it.
- C2 NIP-17 DMs now verifyEvent(seal) in all four read paths — the seal is the
only authentication for a message; a crafted seal could impersonate the sender.
- C3 push-service: bind endpoint ownership (reject subscribe by a different
pubkey; only the owner may unsubscribe) and reject non-HTTPS/private/loopback
  endpoints (SSRF).
- C4 Amber callback: a bare ?event=<pubkey> is no longer treated as a login;
the callback must match a pending get_public_key op (both callback pages).
Also stops logging the pending op payload.
- C5a platform-fee record is now per-pubkey, so an account on a shared device
  can't inherit another's paid status.
- C5b (self-asserted featured ranking) deferred: needs a batch-verification pass
against provider zap receipts before it can gate ordering.

a6dd32e653 feat(card): public pass hint + shop/listing pass badges (audit items 2 & 4)
- VenueAccessCard now has a visitor branch: a public 'this venue issues access
passes' hint (count only, never a holder list) shown only when the venue has
active passes. Rendered for everyone on shops and gated spots.
- New shared, cached useVenuesWithPasses() hook resolves active pass coords +
  owners in one query.
- SpotCard badges shops that issue passes; MarketplaceItemCard flags sellers
whose venue issues passes (title explains it is the venue, not the listing).
- i18n: venueAccess.publicTitle/publicDesc/badge/sellerHint (EN + ES).

ec02e4fe71 fix(card): audit fixes — share link, dup passes, dead stats, public style, holo persist
- B1: Share's clipboard fallback copied https://…/<npub> (a path HashRouter
ignores → homepage). Now /#/card/<npub> (native share text too).
- B4: useIssuedPasses didn't dedupe by d, so a revoked pass showed twice;
  now newest-per-d like useReceivedPasses.
- B2/L5: the redesign dropped the stats row, so Spots/Zaps/Events toggles +
  useRiderStats + spotsAdded/zapsReceived/eventsCreated/memberYear were dead.
Removed across lib/riderCard, CardData, CanvasCardData, both pages.
- B3: PublicCardPage ignored derived style/level (config.style is '' now) — it
now derives them from the Skater profile like the studio; holographic honors
  the saved config.
- B6: holographic wasn't persisted — added to the card config/tags/parse.
- B5: 'Save PNG' is front-only while Print is both sides → label it
'Save front (PNG)' when a back exists.

2a165c7aad feat(nfc): write-to-NFC-tag for cards & passes (Web NFC)
- lib/nfc.ts: isNfcSupported() + writeNfcUrl() via Web NFC (Chrome/Android),
writing ONLY the verify URL (the same pointer the QR carries).
- NfcWriteButton component (renders nothing where Web NFC is unavailable — iOS,
desktop, Capacitor WebView — so there's no dead button).
- Wired into: the venue's issued-pass list (issuer copies a tag per holder), the
organiser's issued list, and the holder's 'My passes' view (+ Print).
- i18n nfc.* EN/ES. Tags are passive and clonable like a QR; trust still comes
from the relay signature, and /verify already handles taps.

- Duotone: desaturate + theme-accent tint the background photo so any image

- Revocation: the venue owner can revoke an issued pass from the studio list;
revoke re-publishes under the same d with status=revoked (addressable
supersede — works on every relay). /verify shows a red 'Pass revoked'.
- Organiser check-in: an event's organiser can issue a signed access pass (kind
35679) bound to the event (a=31923:...); /verify confirms the issuer OWNS the

0dd7e9bfa9 fix(card, profile): resolve the card's profile via the app's own relays
The card showed the placeholder (now initials) even when the npub had a photo:
useAuthor missed profiles that only live on the community relay and could drop
a profile its strict schema rejected. Card pages now use a tolerant
useCardProfile() that reads kind 0 via querySkateContent (community + user
relays) and JSON.parses leniently. Also: useAuthor now queries the community
relay as its own parallel branch (a flaky relay in the group used to reject the
whole batch); and '_@domain' NIP-05 no longer renders a lone '@'.
Verified by rendering a real profile's card headlessly.

411f6e219a feat(spots): claim ownership of a private spot (NIP-05 + moderator confirm)
Private spots can't be domain-verified like shops, so ownership is a gated
two-step flow — never an instant takeover:
- A NIP-05-verified user files a claim (kind 1985 label in the separate
  org.skatespots.spotclaim namespace) on a spot marked access=private.
- A moderator approves by publishing claim-approved (moderation namespace,
  a=coord + p=claimant); surfaced in a pending-claims list atop /review.
- The claimant then finishes by re-publishing the spot with
  claim-reason=private-approved (existing claim mechanism).

Adds useSpotClaims/useApprovedSpotClaims/useAllSpotClaims/useSubmitSpotClaim,
useAdminApproveClaim, the private branch in SpotOwnership, i18n, and docs.
Non-private spots keep the abandoned-claim flow. Nothing is auto-transferred.

- useTradeRings does a 2-hop query of the partners' own attestations and measures

b1d21f89ba feat(marketplace): pay an accepted offer in-app
Phases 1-2. The seller may attach a ["payment", value, kind] pointer to the
accepted 30403 message (lninvoice|lnaddress|creq|clink, optional payment_hash);
ListingOffersPanel attaches the seller's own lud16 on accept, falling back to

can't reach the Trades tab without decrypting).

Buyer gets a 'Pay with sats' button -> PayWithSats dialog -> usePayPaymentPointer

Numo (and other POS) emit a BIP21 'bitcoin:?creq=...&lightning=...' QR. The

6091a0acd8 fix(stats): tick the region-derivation counter live and merge name/code groups
Two issues from the first derived-regions pass:
- The 'Resolving N...' counter only updated when the whole pass finished, so it
looked frozen. fillDerivedRegions now reports progress per pin, the hook ticks
the counter down, and the card refreshes every 5 resolved pins so the numbers
  climb while you watch.
- A country could appear twice ('United Kingdom' 1 + 1) when one pin carried a
country_code and another only a name. Learn name->code from pins that have
both and fold name-only pins into the same bucket.

7bad809878 feat(stats): derive region from a pin's coordinates when it has no tag
The region card only placed pins carrying a city/country tag, so legacy pins
(coords but no tag) drew on the map yet landed in 'Uncategorised' — the map and
the stats disagreed. useGrowthStats now falls back to a cached reverse geocode
of the pin's own coordinates (lib/derivedRegions, localStorage keyed by ~110m
coords). useDeriveRegions (mounted on /stats) fills cache misses at 1.1s spacing
for Nominatim's 1 req/s policy and invalidates growth-stats; the card shows a
'Resolving N...' note meanwhile. Display-only fallback; the admin backfill still
writes real tags. Read-time geocoding disclosed on /privacy.

dc0ae9bc32 feat(stats): admin backfill for legacy untagged spots/shops
Spots created before reverse geocoding have coordinates but no city/country
tag, so the map draws them while /stats can only show "Uncategorised". Counted
on the canonical relay: 54 raw -> 43 after admin-hide -> 13 tagged / 30
uncategorised, and 21 of the 30 are the two admin accounts' own pins.

useRegionBackfill finds the logged-in user's own untagged spots/shops, decodes
each pin's coords (lat/lon else geohash), reverse-geocodes via the shared
reverseGeocodeRegions(), and republishes the addressable event with the region
tags added - preserving every existing tag. Publishes to getWriteRelays()
(community + author) so the canonical stats see it, spaced 1.1s for Nominatim's
1 req/s policy. Surfaced as an admin-only RegionBackfillCard in Settings ->
Advanced.

6d2492d847 fix(stats): apply moderation to the stats, like the map already does
A spot the community has hidden as 'not a skate spot' no longer inflates the
community numbers.

- useGrowthStats calls useAdminModeration() and drops hidden content inside
dedup(), so it's excluded from totalSpots, the region breakdown and the
trusted counts (kind-agnostic: the coord is built from each event's own kind).
- The hidden-set sizes are part of the query key, so the stats recompute once
  the labels load.
- Region footnote says 'community relay only, with moderation-hidden content
  excluded'.

This narrows the map<->stats gap. The remaining deltas are legitimate and
documented in AGENTS.md (untagged pins; auto-hidden spots).

9fe219aac6 feat(stats): reconcile the region card, and geocode shops too
Answers 'why don't the map and stats match' by making the gap visible, and
brings shops into the region breakdown.

- src/lib/geocodeRegions.ts is now the single reverse-geocode helper (spot
create, shop create, shop edit), so the Nominatim call + Accept-Language + the
parse rules can't drift. Never throws.
- Shops now publish city/country/country_code (previously none), so they can
  appear in the region breakdown.
- Stats: regions cover spots AND shops; a new 'Uncategorised (N)' row plus a
'{N} of {M}' footnote let the card reconcile with the location total. Section
retitled 'Spots & Shops by Region'.
- PERSIST_BUSTER v3 -> v4.
- /privacy: wording now 'spot or shop geocoding'.

The map deliberately still reads the community relay + the reader's relays
(forcing canonical would hide an opted-out user's own spots) - documented.

58154bf5d5 feat(stats): stable country grouping, an Other row, and disclose Nominatim
Answers 'how are these accounted?' and fixes the privacy-page gap it exposed.

- Spot creation now also publishes ['country_code', <ISO-3166-1 alpha-2>], kept
alongside the display 'country' name so existing search/display still work.
- Stats group countries by country_code when present, else a lowercased name;
the label is the most common raw name in the group, so a localised spelling
can't split one country across two rows.
- The tail beyond the top 6 is surfaced as an 'Other' row, and the section is
relabelled 'Spots by Region' (it counts spots, not people) with a footnote.
- PERSIST_BUSTER v2 -> v3 (GrowthStats shape changed again).
- /privacy: disclose OpenStreetMap Nominatim — spot geocoding sees your IP and
the spot's pin (never the device's GPS). It was missing from the IP list.

d32df04c79 feat(stats): honesty banner, marketplace + regions, mobile Lab collapse
Three improvements to /stats.

1. A relay outage must not read as real zeros. Every sub-query swallowed its
error, so a failed relay rendered a full board of 0s. The queryFn now counts
failures and returns 'partial'; the page shows 'Couldn't reach every relay —
these numbers may be incomplete'. Badge also gains 'updated Nm ago' + Refresh.

2. Surface more of the community: Marketplace (live listings, completed trades,
self-reported sats, cash/barter split) and Regions (top countries/cities from
each spot's own tags). Zap receipts are counted ONLY for the top contributors
and labelled as not-global-volume, because global zap volume isn't measurable
   on a public relay.

3. Mobile/desktop: collapse the 13 Lab cards on mobile behind 'Show all' (a
   display:contents wrapper keeps them grid items); widen max-w-6xl -> max-w-7xl;
StatCard gains a compact prop so big sats don't overflow.

d6713ba20e feat(stash): merge multi-device changes instead of clobbering
The stash is one replaceable NIP-44 blob, so a naive last-write-wins publish
silently dropped whatever another device added. Make it merge.

- StashItem.updatedAt (last edit, falls back to addedAt) and a top-level
  Stash.deleted[] of {id, at} tombstones so deletes aren't resurrected.
- export mergeStashes(): union by id, newest stamp wins, tombstones win at/after
the last edit; tombstones pruned (180d / 500).
- fetchLatestStash() merges the live remote with the list already held (query
cache -> closure) and toasts when the other device contributed.
- Writes now require a confirmed relay read: assertConfirmed() refuses an
unconfirmed base so useNostrPublish can't queue a pre-signed blob that would
overwrite a newer edit later. Reads still work offline from cached ciphertext.
- StashPage surfaces the refusal via onStashError on every mutation.

907da9b497 feat(stash): a public want becomes a marketplace want ad

NIP-99 listing with listing_type=wtb (tag stash-want, price = what they'd pay),
which the Marketplace already surfaces under its WTB filter; the encrypted

5a8e3688ee feat(stash): readable offline + export/import backup
The private stash was deny-listed from persistence with no local cache, so an
offline or relay-outage cold start showed an EMPTY stash even though decrypting
needs no network.

- offlineCache v2 adds a 'stash' table storing the encrypted CIPHERTEXT (never
the decrypted list). useStash caches it on every successful fetch, and both
the read query and fetchLatestStash (the pre-write re-fetch) fall back to it --
so the stash loads at the park and an offline edit rebuilds from the real list
  instead of throwing.
- /stash gains a 'Backup & transfer' card (desktop sidebar + mobile) with
Export (a JSON you control) and Import (one re-encrypt, skipping
  title+category+size duplicates).

65d824d952 feat(offline): actually wire up the offline write queue
lib/offlineCache already had a pendingPosts table, a sync hook and an
OfflineIndicator badge, but nothing ever called queuePost - so an offline action
just failed. Now it queues.

- useNostrPublish: if isOffline() (no 15s publish timeout), or every relay
fails, queue the ALREADY-SIGNED event and resolve. Signing happened at the
moment of the action, so Amber is never re-prompted at sync time.
- queueSignedEvent: supersedes older queued replaceable (0/3/10000+) and
addressable (30000+) events, prunes stale ephemeral kinds (2259/24899, 15 min,
a late 'I'm here' is worse than none) and caps at 100.
- useSyncPendingPosts: publishes the stored signature directly (never through
useNostrPublish, which would re-queue and duplicate), re-signs only legacy
unsigned entries, retries every 30s, and returns failed rows so one failure
  can't strand an action.
- A module-level lock keeps ONE publisher even though OfflineIndicator is
mounted twice (mobile + desktop headers).
- Indicator copy now says 'queued actions' and lists what works offline.

3f51740f6a fix(map): stop the offline banner sticking; feat(trades): notify trade confirmations
Offline banner: it keyed off a single relay probe (SKATE_RELAY) while the map
reads from several relays, so it reported 'showing saved spots' while fresh data
loaded fine - and its retry only refetched spots, never re-probed, so it appeared
impossible to clear. Now the saved-spots banner is driven by deviceOffline
(!useOnlineStatus) only, is dismissable (re-armed when the connection returns),
and both retries call refetchSpots() AND relay.recheck(). The relay probe still
gates the 'nothing at all' card.

Trade confirmations: usePendingTradeConfirmations now returns createdAt/eventId,
so 'someone confirmed your trade' becomes a trade-confirm notification - the
missing final step. Bell card + OS title cover it; confirming back is what makes
the trade mutual and builds both reputations.

d9a906ab6e feat(market): first-class barter in offers (item tag)
Listings already supported price_type=trade, and attestations carry method=trade,
so swaps counted for reputation. Offers, though, could only name a sats amount.

- 30403 messages may now carry an optional 'item' tag: what the sender is
offering in kind. It combines with amount (e.g. 2,000 sats + an 8.25 deck) or
stands alone for a pure swap.
- OfferDialog: 'Or trading something' field + validation (amount, item or note).
- ListingOffersPanel: the thread shows the offered item, and the counter UI takes
an optional item alongside the amount.
- Bell/OS text reads it ('offered 2,000 SATS + an 8.25 deck').
- NIP.md documents the item tag; AGENTS notes barter is now first-class.

7dff8793b8 feat(market): notify the buyer of offer outcomes too
Terminal responses ended the thread early, so 'useIncomingOffers' (awaiting me
only) skipped the accepted/declined outcome of YOUR offer. Added
useOfferThreadsAddressedToMe (any thread whose newest message is theirs) and
classify it: open -> offer/counter, else accepted/declined/withdrawn. Bell card
+ OS notification titles cover the new states.

a6aeb2feb0 feat(market): counter-offer negotiations + trade notifications
Offers were one-way (buyer proposes, seller accepts/declines) and fixed-slot
addressable events, so the buyer could never counter back and the haggling left
no trace. Now it's a thread.

- useMarketplaceOffers: every message gets a UNIQUE d (append-only) with a
'role' tag (offer = buyer / response = seller), 'e' = the message it answers,
and status. New counterOffer() plus respondToOffer(previous, status). Parsing
still accepts the legacy fixed-slot d form when the role tag is absent.
- useListingOffers returns OfferThread[] (oldest first) with = whose
turn it is; useIncomingOffers returns the threads awaiting me (across listings).
- ListingOffersPanel: shows the volley, and accept/decline/counter (inline amount)
for whichever side's turn it is, with withdraw on your own open offer. Counter
notifications are nudged over DM too.
- New useTradeNotifications: incoming offers, counters and 'confirm our trade'
requests, derived from events already addressed to the user.
- Bell: trade items render first in All and count toward the badge (vs seenAt).
- OS notifications: new 'trades' category in notificationPrefs + a trades source
  in OsNotificationBridge.
- NIP.md updated for the thread model (legacy form documented).

51e66727d9 feat(mints): surface MintRadar's community ratings, reliability and audit data
The directory we already fetch returns review ratings, reliability, uptime and
liveness-audit stats that the client was throwing away (it only typed ~12 of ~35
fields). Now:

- MintDirectoryEntry types the community fields (rating/weighted rating/count,
reliabilityScore, uptime 24h+7d, audit volume + recent errors, serverLocation,
units, mint/melt methods, pubkey, discoveredAt, lastError).
- Row shows the rating (e.g. 4.6 (30)) plus reliability and 24h uptime.
- Detail sheet shows rating, reliability, uptime, location, latency, NUTs,
units, version, plus a liveness-audit line and an honest note that written
reviews live on MintRadar (linked), not in the directory API.

Written comments are genuinely not in MintRadar's /api/mints/known (probed a few
plausible review endpoints - all 404), so the next step for in-app comments
would be Nostr-native mint reviews.

7b33d544b1 feat(coordinator): Cordn client slice — pick/add a coordinator + run-your-own hand-off
SkateSpots stays a Cordn *client*: it points at a coordinator the user
chooses or runs, and hands phone-hosting off to Cordn's own app. No embedded
coordinator, no default SkateSpots coordinator (deliberate: liability).

- src/lib/coordinator.ts: Cordn's own formats — an nprofile pointer, the
  canonical add-link https://cordn.net/chat/coordinators?c=<nprofile> (from
  Cordn packages/server/src/main.ts), default relay wss://relay.contextvm.org,
the docker one-liner. Parses nprofile/npub/hex/link; encodes an add-link.
- src/hooks/useCoordinator.ts: device-local store + presence probe. Health is
NOT Cordn RPC — it queries the coordinator's relays for authors:[pubkey] (its
  ContextVM announcement/heartbeat), so a private/unannounced coordinator
honestly reads 'Not seen' rather than failing.
- src/components/CoordinatorSettingsCard.tsx + Settings -> Coordinator:
empty/connected states, add by paste or QR scan, add-link copy + QR, and a
'Run your own' hand-off (open Cordn, scan its QR, copy the docker command).
- smoke test now boots /settings?section=coordinator.

d966bca148 feat(notify): scheduled event reminders (Phase 1b) + v1.5.7
An OS alarm an hour before each upcoming event the user RSVP'd going or
interested to. Because the OS holds the alarm it fires with the app fully
closed — the only closed-app notification achievable without a server.

- src/lib/reminders.ts: schedule/cancel via @capacitor/local-notifications,
tracking handed-out ids in localStorage so withdrawn RSVPs and passed events
are cancelled without disturbing one-off notifications. Web is a no-op.
- src/hooks/useLocalReminders.ts: reuses the existing upcoming-events and
my-RSVPs queries; no new relay destination, no signing.
- Bridge mounts the hook only on native and only when the new 'reminders'
pref is on; unmount cancels everything (opt-out/logout).
- Skipped the Pro-expiry reminder on purpose: it would drag the heavy
  useSasquatchPro query into a nudge.

Bumps to v1.5.7 (versionCode 10507); APK rebuilt.

63dc4bee7d feat(notify): opt-in on-device OS notifications (Phase 1)
Mirrors the activity the app already computes (bell, crews, DMs, newsletter)
to the OS notification shade, with no new relay traffic and no new network
destination.

- src/lib/osNotify.ts: one delivery API. Web uses the Notification API; native
uses @capacitor/local-notifications (lazily imported, so the web bundle never
pays for it). Tap-through navigates in-app.
- src/components/OsNotificationBridge.tsx: mounted once in Layout, inert until
opted in. Per-source silent priming + a seen-id set means history is never
replayed as a flood, and it stays quiet while the app is visible (the bell
  already covers that).
- DMs notify from the gift-wrap ENVELOPE only (src/hooks/useDmEnvelopes.ts,
no decryption) — so Amber is never prompted just to be told you have a
  message. Preview is honestly generic.
- src/lib/notificationPrefs.ts + useNotificationPrefs: device-local, opt-in,
default off, per-category toggles. Settings -> Notifications UI.

Deliberately local-only: a fully closed app needs a server push, which is not
built (Phase 2 = on-device background runner; Phase 3 = content-free FCM).

ee97a1c5ca feat(spots): make reports act, add a publish floor, stop junk looking endorsed
The 'test of secret island airport' case: a no-photo, one-line, reported pin sat
on the map looking legit. Four fixes:

- A) Report has a visible effect: a 'Reported as not a skate spot by N — under
review' banner on the spot page, for everyone.
- B) Publish floor: a spot needs a photo OR a non-empty description. Photo stays
optional (per the earlier decision); title + type alone no longer publishes.
- C) Auto-hide from the map when >=3 DISTINCT accounts report it AND it has no
community signals (no community photo, no status report). The 'no signals'
clause is the anti-brigade guard; reversible. useSpotReports now exposes
     distinct .
- D) The flattering 'Conditions ... NN/100' block is hidden until the spot is
confirmed (community or staff) — on an unconfirmed pin it read as the app
     endorsing the spot itself.

563ce33276 feat(pro): honest personal context, wanted-ads draft, days-left, live USD, copy
- #3 usePersonalContext decrypts the Stash ON DEMAND (unlockStash, called by
getMyStash) instead of never — 'what's in my stash?' is now correct, while the
globally-mounted guide still never decrypts on mount. stashRef avoids the
  stale-closure bug.
- #4 new self-contained action draft wtb_gear (NIP-99 listing_type=wtb) — a
'wanted' gear ad. SYSTEM_PROMPT + tool handler + publish branch.
- #5 panel header shows 'Pro · Nd' days left (title = exact expiry).
- #6 tier picker computes live USD via useExchangeRate; removed the hardcoded
  ~$60k/BTC usd field from PRO_TIERS.
- #7 copy: 'skate status' not 'spot status'; trip planning stated as free.

124cac74fa fix(pro): stack Pro proofs + owner-grant fallback
#1 Extend now actually extends. useSasquatchPro collected receipts and took the
max of (receipt.created_at + tierDays), so buying again before expiry
under-delivered. It now stacks every valid proof with renewal semantics
(expiry = max(expiry, proofTime) + days), client and server alike.

#2 Owner-grant fallback. Pro can now also be granted by an owner-authored NIP-32
kind-1985 label (org.skatespots.pro, p = user, expiry) — so Pro is not solely
dependent on the Lightning provider publishing zap receipts. New owner-only
GrantProCard (Settings -> Advanced) publishes it to getWriteRelays(); the hook
reads via querySkateContent.

Protocol: the x-sasquatch-pro payload is now {receipts, grants}; BOTH ai-proxy and
the Netlify function accept the new payload and a bare receipt (old APKs). Proxy
was deployed first and verified healthy before this commit.

08189a71af fix(dm): read history from the user's real inbox relays, not a stale list
All four DM read hooks used config.relayMetadata.dmRelays, which is only set by
the login-time sync. When it is stale/empty the app reads only NIP-65 relays —
where gift wraps almost never are (real case: 94 addressed wraps on nostr.mom,
0-1 on the user's NIP-65 relays), so Messages showed 'No messages yet' with a
full inbox.

- useResolvedDmRelays(): discovers the user's own kind-10050 inbox relays at
query time (per-relay, 6s each, over read relays + aggregators) and unions
  them in. Used by useConversation/useConversations/useGroupConversations/
  useGroupConversation.
- useConversations now returns { conversations, undecryptable, wraps } and the
DM page surfaces 'N encrypted messages couldn't be opened', so a decrypt
failure stops looking identical to an empty inbox. Updated DirectMessagesPage
  and ContactsPage.

ec06a63b01 feat(ai-proxy): run the AI proxy on the CVM host, ready to switch over
Same proxy as netlify/functions/ai.mjs, rebuilt as a standalone Bun service on
the CVM host so AI calls stop spending Netlify compute/bandwidth credits and
the sats-paid Routstr key lives on our box.

- ai-proxy/server.ts: Bun.serve on 127.0.0.1:8787 — NIP-98 + Pro gate, model
  allowlist, per-IP throttle, /api/ai + /api/ai/status. Own tsconfig
  (typecheck:ai in npm test); eslint-ignored like cvm-server.
- ai-proxy/{package.json,.env.example,skatespots-ai.service,Caddyfile,DEPLOY.md}.
- scripts/deploy-ai-proxy.sh (npm run deploy:ai): scp + bun install + unit +
  restart, mirroring deploy-cvm.sh.
- Client: one place decides the AI base, src/lib/sasquatchAi.ts (also the NIP-98
u tag). Defaults unchanged (/api/ai on Netlify); set VITE_SASQUATCH_AI_BASE to
  move it. Fully reversible.

Deployed and verified on the host: /api/ai/status returns the live Routstr
balance. Public TLS (DNS + Caddy) is the remaining step before switching the app
over, so no client behaviour changes yet.

d9ad9e9b29 feat(offline): cache map tiles on-device + photo mirror fallback
Map tiles: new lib/tileCache.ts (Dexie SkateSpotsTilesDB, bounded to ~3000
tiles) and lib/cachedTileLayer.ts, a Leaflet TileLayer that reads through it
(cached -> fetch+cache -> plain URL fallback). Wired into both maps (SpotMap,
RouteDialog). Chosen over a service worker so it works in the Capacitor
WebView too, where a SW never sees tile requests.

Photos: useUploadFile drops from three Blossom hosts to two and records
['fallback', '<mirror>/<sha256>']. BlossomUploader signs once and Promise.any
PUTs to every server in parallel, so the old three-host list was triple-
uploading every photo (the 'tries them in order' comment was wrong). Read
side: lib/imageFallback.ts derives same-hash mirrors and ImageWithFallback
retries them before showing the placeholder - one choke point for ~20 photo
call sites, so a dead host no longer blanks a spot.

SkateSpots
c79373ed05 feat(offline): the map survives a dead relay (and says so) + skater@skate-spots.org
Relay outages no longer look like 'no spots'. querySkateContent swallowed every
relay error and returned [], so a dead relay would blank the map AND overwrite
good cached data with an empty list (then persist it). Now:

- querySkateContent/queryCanonical take an opt-in 'requireAny' that throws when
NO relay answered. Only the map's own feeds use it, so the blast radius is
small (79 other call sites keep today's behaviour).
- useSkateSpots/useSkateSpot fall back to the local IndexedDB cache on failure,
so the map still works at the park; they only error when nothing is saved.
- The persister refuses to persist an empty array, so an outage can't wipe the
last-known map on the next cold start.
- MapPage shows an honest 'Offline · showing saved spots' banner (reusing the
existing relayProbe/useRelayStatus) and a 'Can't reach the relays' card
instead of falsely claiming 'No spots mapped yet'.

Also seeds skater@skate-spots.org for the second admin (caba497f…) and reserves
the name so nobody else can claim it.

3c7c8bd87e feat(nip05): free name@skate-spots.org handles, claimed at signup
SkateSpots now runs its own NIP-05 registry, so a new skater gets a human
handle from minute one instead of an npub.

- netlify/functions/nip05.mjs: /.well-known/nostr.json plus
/api/nip05/{check,claim,release}, backed by Netlify Blobs (first-party,
no new vendor). Claims are NIP-98 signed and written onlyIfNew, so only
the owner can claim a name for themselves. Platform names are seeded in
code and cannot be taken or released.
- src/lib/skateNip05.ts + src/hooks/useSkateNip05.ts +
  src/components/SkateNip05Input.tsx: shared validation, debounced
  availability, and the claim control.
- SignupDialog: a 'SkateSpots name' field, prefilled from the display
name. Claimed best-effort before the profile publish; a failure never
blocks signup, and the profile only advertises nip05 once confirmed.
- EditProfileForm: claim a free handle from the NIP-05 field.

Verified on a draft deploy: claim -> resolves -> a second key gets 409 ->
release -> gone. tsc/eslint/101 tests green.

3c0a91a379 feat(moderation): report inbox, bulk undo, crews + Lab in the queue
- Report INBOX: /review now defaults to a Reports tab. useRecentReports fetches
recent NIP-56 (1984) and resolves the referenced event by id (one extra ids:
query), so ANY report is actionable — content that isn't flagged, comments,
profiles, anything. reportTargetMeta maps kind -> label + route for the link.
Actions: Hide / Dismiss report (verify) / Undo / Look at it.
- Bulk undo: when a tab holds >1 verdict, a toolbar offers 'Undo all N' with an
AlertDialog that warns each undo is its own label publish (one Amber approval
each). Built for the 13 old hidden labels from Sep 3.
- Crews + Lab tabs: added includeHidden to useCrews/useLabProfiles. Hiding these
removes a community / a person's listing, so their Hide goes through a
  confirmation (confirmHide/confirmHideNote on QueueList).

Verified in the browser: 8 tabs render; the inbox shows and resolves a real
report (target + reason); the Spots tab shows the bulk-undo toolbar.

f1ddf5fdf1 feat(quality): review queue for every kind, soft photo gate, empty-map nudge
(a) Review queue covers spots/shops/events/tours/gear: added { includeHidden }
    (admin-tooling only) to useSkateShops/useSkateEvents/useTours/
useMarketplaceItems; generalised the flags to contentFlags() in spotQuality.ts
(trust/status/photo signals stay spot-only); one component per kind so only the
OPEN tab queries. Reports + trust are kind-agnostic; the label mechanism never
    cared about kind.
(b) Photo gate softened: removed the hard block (it punished an honest mapper with
no photo). Publish without a photo is allowed; the spot stays Unverified, the
success toast says so, and the queue's 'no photo' flag lets a human look.
(c) Empty-map nudge: MapPage now distinguishes a FILTER empty ('No spots match')
from a genuinely EMPTY map ('No spots mapped yet — be the first to map your
park', with Add-spot + Near-me). Note: must key off allLocations, not mapSpots
    (which derives from filteredSpots).

Verified in the browser: the empty-map nudge renders with its CTAs when no spots
load; the review queue renders 15 spot rows and the tabs switch (Gear shows its
own empty state). tsc/eslint clean, 101 tests, smoke PASS.

e549aeee3a feat(spots): reports reach the admin, duplicates are caught, contributors are told
1) Reports were a VOID: ReportDialog publishes NIP-56 (1984) but the only reader
in the app was a count on marketplace cards, so an admin never saw one. Now
useSpotReports batch-reads kind 1984 by '#e' (one query for every spot) and
the review queue ranks reported spots ABOVE the heuristics with a red
'REPORTED: ...' chip. useNotASpotReport publishes to getWriteRelays()
(community relay + the reporter's), not the default pool — the admin reads
from the community relay, so reports written only to personal relays would
never arrive. Verified end-to-end: published a report from Node, saw it
   surface in the queue.

2) Duplicate guard in CreateSpotPage: on submit, existing spots within 60 m are
listed with distances + links, with 'It's a different spot — publish anyway'.
Targets the clone-spam failure mode (five near-identical pins).

3) Contributor feedback: useSkateSpot no longer nulls a hidden spot for its
AUTHOR (it used to silently 404 for the person who made it), and
SpotDetailPage shows an author-only banner for hidden/verified.

e44f8b81a7 feat(moderation): reversible verdicts (undo) + community photos as a signal
Undo (latest verdict wins):
- MODERATION_LABEL_CLEARED = 'cleared' — the neutral undo verdict.
- useAdminModeration no longer UNIONS labels (which made a hide permanent in the
UI); it keeps the NEWEST verdict per target (created_at, with device-local
verdicts overlaid by timestamp), so 'cleared' supersedes an earlier
  'hidden'/'verified'. useAdminClear() publishes it.
- Local mirror is now a verdict map (skatespots_local_admin_verdicts_v1: key ->
{verdict, at}) with migration from the legacy hidden/confirmed arrays.
- useSkateSpots(limit, { includeHidden: true }) — ADMIN TOOLING ONLY: without it
a hidden spot leaves the list, so a verdict could never be undone. The review
queue uses it, keeps actioned rows (Hidden/Confirmed badge + Undo), and sorts
  un-actioned first.

Community photos as a signal:
- useBatchSpotPhotos: ONE #a query for every spot (the single-spot hook already
queried by #a, so batching is free), counting only photos from people OTHER
than the mapper. Folded into the 'no community signals' flag.

Verified by seeding local verdicts: none -> flags + Confirm/Hide; hidden ->
Undo; verified -> Undo; cleared -> back to neutral. tsc/eslint clean, 101 tests,
smoke PASS.

0419c18810 feat(moderation): positive 'verified' verdict + trust/community signals in the review queue
- MODERATION_LABEL_VERIFIED: the positive counterpart to 'hidden'. Both labels
are fetched in ONE query; useAdminModeration now exposes verifiedCoords/
  verifiedIds/isVerified() with a local mirror (addLocalConfirmed/
getLocalConfirmed). useAdminVerify() publishes it (shares the publish path
  with useAdminHide).
- Review queue: a human review can now CONFIRM a spot, not just hide it. A
confirmed spot clears from the queue and gets a 'Verified by SkateSpots' badge
on the spot page (staff verdict, shown separately from the community badge).
- Two more signals: mapper trust (useBatchTrustScores) and whether any skater has
filed a status report (useBatchSpotStatus reporterCount) -> 'mapper not in your
web of trust' / 'no community signals'. The latter only fires alongside another
flag so a brand-new real spot isn't punished for being new.
- Flag logic moved to src/lib/spotQuality.ts so the page and AdminReviewCard share it.

Verified: the queue lists the airport entry with suspicious name + no photo + no
community signals, shows mapper trust, and offers Confirm/Hide/Not a skate
spot/Look at it.
